As has been the case in the previous years, school personnel who will provide appropriate
supervision must accompany all students from their schools and provide
transportation to and from their selected site.
PLEASE NOTE: IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE LATEST INFORMATION REGARDING AVAILABLE RESERVATIONS, PLEASE REFRESH YOUR BROWSER
These concerts are held in the locations specified above.
All reservations are granted on a strict first come, first served basis.
Therefore, all interested instructors must call Ms. Nothando Zulu at 529-5864 for reservations no later than Monday, September 18, 2017. For your added convenience, you may do any ONE of the following:
A) fax your reservation requests to (612) 529-5951
B) Email us: firstname.lastname@example.org or
C) Fill out the Google form and click on the Submit button
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST FILL OUT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH TIME SLOT REQUESTED
MAKE SURE THAT THE TIME AND PLACE MATCH WHAT IS SHOWN IN THE TABLE ABOVE..
We must notify you that your confirmation is complete.
- After you have clicked the submit button, a form sheet will appear that confirms the data that you sent.
- You need not re-submit if all of the information is correct. This is NOT our confirmation of your reservation.
- We will contact you directly for that either by telephone or email. We look forward to seeing you!

of contacting you for confirmation (we prefer your email information). Please select the specific time slot
ATTENTION TEACHERS & INSTRUCTORS:
The Black Storytellers Alliance (BSA) is sponsoring FREE storytelling Concerts for the community including metropolitan public, parochial and private schools on Friday, September 29, 2017. These storytellers are presented by the supporters of the Black Storytellers Alliance for our 26th Annual Black Storytelling Festival –“Signifyin’ & Testifyin’”. This is an invitation for all Twin Cities Minneapolis Metropolitan area public, private and alternative schools. If you have a school class (or several classes) that you would like to have attend
one of these FREE concerts, there are only TWO (2) requirements:
1. Reservations are required. They are on a First come, First Served basis.
You may either call to make a reservation at (612) 529-5864; submit the completed
Google Docs form or you may fax your reservation request to (612) 529.5951
2. All reservations must include chaperones for the students in attendance.
